Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of New Solutions Inc. is Mr. Phares Magesa an Expert in information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Industry with experience in and outside Tanzania, with the following qualifications:

ii. Bachelor of science (Electronics), Mysore, India
iii. Post Graduate Diploma (Software Engineering), Hyderabad, India
iv. Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), Austin, Texas, USA
v. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), San Jose, California, USA
vi. Diploma in IT Security, IP based Networks, ISP and Backbone Routing, Washington DC, USA

Currently Mr. Magesa is pursuing MBA at Coventry University on part time basis.
