New Solutions Inc., is organized as follows to serve you: Technical Department § System/site survey § Assembling ,installation, servicing and maintenance of computers and their accessories § Installation, servicing, network and maintenance of telecommunication systems and their accessories, § Development of various solutions according to customer need and requirement § Consultancy and training in computer hardware and software, web design and graphics networking, broadcasting, internet and telecommunication systems.

package for our Customers § System/site survey: Through system survey are conducted for customers before deciding on the type of hardware/software to be installed. This service is normally done free of charge. § Hardware/ software installation: The customer is given a one year warranty for the installed hardware/software, during which problems (non-performance as per specification) reported in writing are rectified at no extra cost. § Hardware/software maintenance services: Any installed software can be put under Software Maintenance Services for which the user pays an annual charge. User inquires and software operation problems are respond to at no extra charge § Time and material services: Software, which is not covered under the maintenance service agreement, is serviced on a time material basis. § Preventive maintenance: New solutions Incorporation Limited provides preventive maintenance service on quarterly basis per annum. The service comprises chiefly: ü Inspection for general cleanliness of the equipment under agreement ü Checking and adjusting voltage if necessary ü Inspection for physical damage caused to any of the units. This service can coincide with remedial repairs. Our engineers usually attempt to carry out preventive maintenance during normal repair calls. This is to ensure maximum system availability to the customer, as it will take less time to check and service a system that has already been stopped for repairs than to have a visit completely dedicated for service. When such opportunity occurs, then a separate preventive maintenance visit id made to the equipment. Field Engineering Activities § Assembly, installation and testing of computers hardware/PABX equipment § Provide preventive maintenance and routine service to all installed hardware; i.e. computers telecommunication equipment etc. § Carry out remedial repairs on a customer call; § Provide all site preparation information to customers, including computer/PABX room preparation electrical wiring, air conditioning and environmental control specifications; § Supply and service power control system; i.e. Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) stabilizers line conditioners, spike suppressors etc. § Supply and service telecommunication equipment § Cary out mandatory hardware changes and install new feature kits, to improve/enhance hardware performance. This is sometimes necessary due to rapid technological advancement forcing the manufactures of the same to stop producing the outdated hardware anymore § Reinstall corrupts operating system software and re-educate customers on how avoid corruption of system files whenever necessary; § Installation and testing of operating system software; § Supply and service environmental control, access control and fire protection equipment § Providing effective and timely after sales support in the software/ hardware area. Sales and marketing Department The Sales and marketing Department is led by director of sales and Marketing and is staffed with three qualified sales and marketing personnel. New solutions Incorporation Limited is fully equipped to provide sales of original and clones brands of computers their accessories, broadcasting and telecommunication system etc. Spare Parts Stock Spares are generally available during the warranty period free of charge. We however, can recommend the amount of spares that should be taken by our customer; and we have standard swap –repair and maintenance agreements. Emergency spare parts ordering procedures are available, whereby if a part is not in bonded warehouses in Europe, USA Australia, South Africa and Far East. Emergence parts are ordered by telephone/e-mail/fax and are immediately flown from the respective parts centre to Tanzania. Administration Department The Department is headed by director of finance and Administration and is staffed with three competent personnel. The department deals with all purchases and carrying out day to day finance and administrative activities. Working Hours & Business Relationship with Customers The technical department services are provided to customers within the premises of new Solutions Incorporation Limited during our normal working hours; ie. 08.00hrs to 17.00hrs, from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 08.00hrs to 13.00hrs; with the expection of public Holidays. However, our Engineers are at your service and are available by mobile/cell phone any time after normal working hours, in case of emergencies, at no extra cost. Hardware maintenance is provided through a standard Maintenance Agreement. Customers entering into such agreement with us are requires to pay a premium in advance. This covers unlimited hardware repairs and routine preventive maintenance services including all parts to the covered period.
